why don't you get a cheap flight ticket for you and your lady to Frankfurt and come to the big meeting in Endingen 10-12 of June?
I'm sure a lot of people from this forum are passing by Frankfurt on the way there and somebody could give you a ride.
Also, you could escape the heat in Israel for a weekend.
All you need to bring is a tent and some hummus
