Anyone knows where I can source MAHLE Pistons Ref. 011 46 11?
Engine builder already told that my pistons are gone because of the seized pins. Not repairable, so.....

Here is a source for pistons: https://www.opelgtsource.com/search/3269/details You could also buy a set of 134 mm C24NE, C26NE or C30SE rods and have the small ends bored for Chevy small block piston pins. Then you could use cheap 1,56" (39,6 mm) compression height 305 Chevy pistons. The valve pockets in the pistons must be modified to fit the Opel valves and the compression height adjusted slightly.(or use a thicker head gasket). The few reviews out there are not very good, with pictures showing bad components and defective parts delivered.... Again the price difference for the forged ones is not attractive anyway....

Engine completely disassembled and in the engine builder since yesterday. Waiting to know if it's going to need 93.5 or 94mm pistons... Think it would be the first ones. Let's see.

Crankshaft and conrods are in STD. Cylinders need to be 0.5mm, so oversize pistons will be necessary in 93,5mm
Ordered the forged pistons from Krause but instead of the announced 4-5 weeks delivery time, they informed me just now that it will be 8 weeks...

By any chance would someone has a set of MAHLE 011 46 11 pistons or any other alternative?

Well, 95 pistons would be good for 2 liters and maybe easier available
We've done so with my 19HL back in 2012 using 4 used pistons from a 30E. 20S/E would work as well, it's the same bore size.

I'm already waiting the 8 weeks for Krause... At least it seems like top quality!
