The plastic cup is from a Vectra B with a X20XEV engine but i belive cups from other gasoline models can be used as well.

There should not be any problems with the flywheel change as long as there is nothing wrong with the new one. Hard to say anything for sure when I don´t know your rules in Denmark, but a C26NE is rated at 150hp, the same as a std Commodore A GS/E, so if you upgrade the brakes to the A GS/E:s specs it should be enough to satisfy the Danish TüV equivalent.
