I´m adjusting the valves for the first time , on cold, after assembly.
1.9S with solid lifters

I´ll do it at 0.30mm. And when hot should I readjust or only after a few kilometers?

When hot what should be the valve clearence?

Tomorrow is going into place!

Can someone tell me if this torque values are correct?

Already crankshaft, bearings and pistons assembled
Cylinder head with new seals and valves seats
Next week I hope to finish all the rest

That one has integrated oil pressure valve. If going for it, you need to make sure that the original valve will not open anymore. When this type of oil pump cover came to market, Opel released a service bulletin and a parts kit for making the original valve fixed in the older chain cover. Correct. ...

What do think about upgrading the original flat oil pump cover for the one with the valve?
My Rekord is an early 67 1.9S. Should I stay with the original or upgrade?

We've done so with my 19HL back in 2012 using 4 used pistons from a 30E. 20S/E would work as well, it's the same bore size.

I'm already waiting the 8 weeks for Krause... At least it seems like top quality!
